Saturday, from 10am to 11pm

Where is the festival located?
We are located in downtown Eastport. The majority of our events are scheduled outdoors along Water Street. We have occasionally moved an event indoors or had to cancel due to inclement weather which would be announced as needed. You can find our most up to date posts located on our Facebook page!
Are you open during inclement weather?
We are open rain or shine!
What is the admission cost?
The festival is FREE for everyone!

Is there a charge for parking?
No. All of the designated parking areas are free. Parking in town is limited, so expect some walking.
Is there an ATM?
There are no ATMs downtown, however there are two banks nearby on Washington Street. Approximately .3 and .6 miles from the Main Stage downtown.

Do the vendors accept credit cards and/or checks?
Many of the merchants and vendors accept credit cards. ATMs can be found within walking distance (see above). Personal checks are generally not accepted. We do recommend bringing some cash with you.
Can we bring our pet to the Festival?
Due to the high energy environment Eastport Pirate Fest is not generally suitable for household pets. Pet owners should use discretion when determining how their animal will respond to the event.
Can we bring our own wheel chair, stroller or wagon?
Guests are welcome to use their own wheelchair, stroller or wagon at the Festival.
Are there activities for adults AND children?
Yes! We've tried to design our festival to be for people of all ages to enjoy!

Outside food and non alcoholic drinks are allowed downtown at the festival, however individual restaurants and shops may not permit you to bring them inside their establishments per their own policies.
Are costumes allowed?
YES!! The EPF invites everyone who wants to, to come dressed as their favorite pirate, wench, mermaid, captain or damsel in distress! We'd LOVE to see your pirate themed creativity!

Do you have a lost and found?
Yes! Please check in with the information booth beside the main stage to see if your item was turned in.
Are there any hotel/campground accommodations nearby?
Yes, but in town accommodations are limited. Book early! Please see our Where to Stay page for a few suggestions!
Weapons Policy
Costume/prop weapons are allowed and must remain sheathed. Functioning projectile weapons, sharpened steal weapons , etc. are not allowed.

Is the festival accessible for guests with disabilities?
The Festival is held in a natural, outdoor setting. We have a few parking spots reserved for guests with disabilities at the Post Office. The most wheel chair friendly restrooms are located at the Welcome Center (below the Port Authority building, approximately .1 mile from the main stage. There are sidewalks the whole way, but the terrain is slightly sloped on that end). The Welcome Center restrooms are newly built, up to code and located on ground level. Most of the buildings downtown are historic and have had ramps installed for accessibility, but they are less roomy in terms of size. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns you may have. We would love for your experience to be as enjoyable as possible!
